I hope you all have had a safe and enjoyable summer!  Don’t worry, you still have 2 weeks left to enjoy.  We are excited to welcome our students back to school on August 18th.  We have some important information to share:

1.  To find out your student’s teacher, please login to Powerschool using the steps on the attached documents.

2.  We have a new school shirt free for every student!  To receive this, parents need to do the following two things:  A.  Update your information on Powerschool (see attachment below), and B.  Register on our Visitor Safety Management system.  Updating your information can be done at home or in our office.  Registering for our Visitor Safety Management System can be done in our main office.  Please see the video links below for more information on our Visitor Management system:

This can be done from Monday – Friday from August 3rd – Tuesday, August 17th between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  We will have Spanish Translation available from 12:00 – 2:00 each day.

Another option for parents would be to do the Visitor Management Registration and picking up of their child’s T-shirt is during the 30 minute visits to be scheduled for the 1st two weeks of school with each teacher. (Between 1:45 – 3:15 start times).  Sign up for these will happen during our Back to School Night.

3.  Back to School Night will be on Tuesday, August 17th, from 5:30 – 6:30.  It will be an open house, and we will NOT start in the gym to reduce congestion.

4.  School hours from August 18th – August 27th will be 8:40 AM to 1:30 PM.

4.  Kindergarten will start on August 25th, and teachers will contact you before that date for individual testing times.

5.  Starting on August 30th, and for the rest of the year, we will follow the regular hourly schedule: Monday – Thursday will be 8:40 – 3:20.  Friday will be 8:40 – 1:30.

6.  Office Hours from August 3rd – August 17th will be 8:30 – 2:00 for registering new students or other needs.

¡Espero que hayan tenido un verano agradable y seguro! No se preocupe, todavía le quedan 2 semanas para disfrutar. Estamos muy contentos de dar la bienvenida a nuestros estudiantes a la escuela el 18 de agosto. Tenemos información importante para compartir:

1. Para averiguar el maestro de su estudiante, inicie sesión en Powerschool siguiendo los pasos de los documentos adjuntos.

2. ¡Tenemos una nueva camiseta escolar gratis para cada estudiante! Para recibir esto, los padres deben hacer las siguientes dos cosas: A. Actualizar su información en Powerschool (ver el archivo adjunto a continuación) y B. Registrarse en nuestro sistema de gestión de seguridad de visitantes. La actualización de su información se puede realizar en casa o en nuestra oficina. El registro para nuestro Sistema de gestión de seguridad para visitantes se puede realizar en nuestra oficina principal. Esto se puede hacer de lunes a viernes del 3 de agosto al martes 17 de agosto entre las 10:00 a.m. y las 2:00 p.m. Tendremos traducción al español disponible de 12:00 a 2:00 todos los días.

Otra opción para los padres sería hacer el Registro de Gestión de Visitantes y recoger la camiseta de su hijo es durante las visitas de 30 minutos que se programarán para las primeras dos semanas de clases con cada maestro. (Entre las 1:45 y las 3:15 horas de inicio). Inscríbase para que esto suceda durante nuestra Noche de Regreso a la Escuela. 3. La Noche de Regreso a Clases será el martes 17 de agosto de 5:30 a 6:30. Será una jornada de puertas abiertas y NO comenzaremos en el gimnasio para reducir la congestión.

4. El horario escolar del 18 de agosto al 27 de agosto será de 8:40 a. M. A 1:30 p. M.

4. El jardín de infantes comenzará el 25 de agosto y los maestros se comunicarán con usted antes de esa fecha para conocer los horarios de las pruebas individuales.

5. A partir del 30 de agosto y durante el resto del año, seguiremos el horario regular: de lunes a jueves, de 8:40 a 3:20. El viernes será de 8:40 a 1:30.

6. El horario de atención del 3 de agosto al 17 de agosto será de 8:30 a 2:00 para inscribir nuevos estudiantes u otras necesidades.
