Mrs. Perryman, Amelia Earhart’s Instructional Coach, is indispensable to our school because of her bubbly personality and educational instruction expertise. She provides special attention to interns and first-year teachers, helping them navigate classroom management, lesson planning, and understanding assessment data. Additionally, she meets with all grade-level teams and individual teachers to implement high-impact practices in their classrooms. Mrs. Perryman’s impact on all of Amelia Earhart’s students is immense —she is deserving of the Crystal Apple Award.
