Congratulations to the 4th-grade Book Bombers & 6th-grade Mysterious BOB Society teams! Do you know which character loves to tell people she lost her arms wrestling an alligator? If you know...
Dear Amelia Earhart Elementary Families,
October was a busy month! Reflection entries were due, we had our school spirit week with fun-up days for students. Halloween class parties happened. All of these activities were successful because of YOU. Thank you for supporting your children and volunteering at the school, because it really makes a difference!
Our next big fundraiser, which the PTA will be hosting, is the school Christmas Store. The Store will be open the first week of December (Dec. 2-6). This is a fun opportunity for students to buy gifts for family, friends, and neighbors while supporting our school. We will need parent volunteers to help run the store.
Mark your calendars and join us for these upcoming events.
This year we had 78 students submit entries for Reflections. We are so proud of our talented aviators!! The last week of October was school spirit week. It was fun to see how creative our students were with their dressing up–from Inside Out characters to crazy hair and socks. We enjoyed seeing the school spirit. On Friday, the students all received their new school shirts for the year and we had a mini assembly where we took a school-wide photo and handed out some prizes. Being an aviator rocks!!
