Parents and Students of Amelia Earhart,

I am sending this email to both parents and students.  As we start the new year, it is common for many people to make New Year’s resolutions.  I am encouraging all students to think about how they can “Not Throw Away Their Shot” to make the most out of their education for the rest of the year.

For all interested, I am asking that students reply to this email with how they specifically will “Not Throw Away Their Shot.”  I will select some of these to be posted with a picture of the student on our board in the entry of our school to help inspire other students with ideas.  Thanks!
