For 11 years, World Read Aloud Day has called attention to the importance of sharing stories by challenging participants to grab a book, find an audience, and read aloud! The global effort is now celebrated in over 173 countries and counting!
We LOVE reading here at Amelia Earhart Elementary. We are celebrating Read A Loud day by sharing the book “Be You!” with all of the classrooms in our school. Classes are reading aloud the book to their classes and then passing on the book to another class and sharing the message ‘You’ve been Book’d.”
