Parents of Amelia Earhart Elementary School,

1. With the weather change, please make sure to send your kids with warm coats, jackets, etc…  If you need help getting coats for your children, please email our social worker, Maria Hudson, at mariah@provo.edu.
2. We are sending home Dental Varnishing Forms today.  Please fill out and return whether or not you plan on having your child receive the fluoride treatment.  Please see the attachments for more information.
3. Last Day to sign up for SEP conferences is Oct. 27th.  Please see the attachments for more information on how to do that online.
4. We will have our Halloween Parade on Oct 31st at 9:15 AM.  At 8:45 AM in the gym, while parents wait, there is a Title 1 presentation about our school. For Halloween costumes, please remember, no bloody/gory paint/costumes, masks can only be used during the parade.  If you have questions on the specifics of costumes, please email me (ryanm@provo.edu).
5. Next week we have our SEPs and Early Out on Nov. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (1:30 PM Dismissal).
